If your tracking hasn’t updated for a few days or your parcel appears delayed, please don’t worry — this can occasionally happen while your parcel is moving through the Australia Post network.

In the rare event that your parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement (if available) or a full refund as quickly as possible.
