Regular Postage: $30.00 AUD (approx. 7-14 business days)

Express Postage:  $45.00 AUD (approx. 4-8 business days)

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will contain a tracking number. If a signature on delivery is required please request in order notes.

Orders placed on weekends or Public Holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

 

Style Struck cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier is.

Style Struck is not responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post, especially during high volume seasons. Delivery times are estimates only.

Delays may sometimes occur beyond the control of Style Struck and we will advise you if this happens where we can.

 

PRE ORDER/ BACK ORDER

A pre-order is an order placed for an item which has not yet been released, however an allocation for stock is available for purchase. It is the customers responsibility to read and understand this information before proceeding to place a Pre Order.

When you pre-order an item it is reserved exclusively for you. Your card is charged when the order is placed so your item can be put into production or the item secured for arrival. Anything with a later ship date is considered a pre order.

Please note that we have no control over when a pre-ordered item arrives, but instead offer estimates.

If you wish to cancel a back order or pre order, you will be reimbursed in the form of a full store credit which has no expiry.

If you have multiple items in your order and one or more items is  a pre order/back order you entire order will not be dispatched until all items are in stock.

If you require an item sooner, please let us know and we can dispatch prior with an extra postage fee.

 

Customs Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are set by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

If you’re unsure whether charges apply, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

If an international order is refused or returned due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, the order will be treated as a return.  Any shipping costs incurred (including return shipping) will be deducted from any refund or store credit issued.

We are unable to mark orders as gifts or undervalue items for customs purposes.
