Hey Style Struck-ers!
We totally get it - sometimes things aren't quite right, and thats okay!
We offer store credit or exchange on eligible items returned within 14 days of delivery, as long as they meet our return conditions below.
** Store credits are valid for 12 months.
**Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
All returns must be lodged through our Returns Portal (PostCo 360)

Once approved, you will receive your instructions to post your item back to us.
ELIGIBILITY FOR CREDIT / EXCHANGE:
We offer a credit note only in cases which:
- The item does not fit you
- You don't absolutely love it
- Simply changed your mind
Provided that:
- The item is unworn, unwashed and in original condition
- Tags are still attached
- Item is returned within 14 days from delivery
- Return shipping is provided by the customer
EXCLUSIONS:
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- SALE or final markdown items
- Swimwear
- Items returned outside the 14 day window
- Items showing makeup, tan, perfume, stains, wear, damage or pet hair
If a non-eligible item is returned, it will be sent back to you at your costs.
REFUNDS:
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size or fit.
A refund will only be issued if:
- The items is faulty
- You notify us within 14 days of delivery
- Photos and details of the fault are provided
- Our team inspects and confirms the fault
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5-7 business days once approved.
AFTERPAY ORDERS:
Orders paid with Afterpay are only eligible for store credit, unless the item is confirmed faulty after inspection.

RETURNS SHOPPING COSTS:
- Customers are responsible for postage back to us
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Orders using a credit note will have standard postage charged at checkout
SALE ITEMS:
All SALE / FINAL SALE purchases are strictly non-returnable & non-refundable, unless deemed faulty.
If a sale item is returned, it will be returned to sender.
